Mark is leading Odyssey Gaming into a new phase of growth through his innovative and entrepreneurial management approach. Mark has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive and consultant in the Gaming and Hospitality industries. During this time, he was the founding Director of Industry Data Online (IDOL), the leading provider of benchmarking in the Australian club industry, DIY Car Hire, an online car hire business that successfully adopts the ‘Do-It-Yourself and Save’ philosophy and CMP Marketing Services, a boutique consultancy specializing in the provision of market research, strategic marketing and planning. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (UQ) and an MBA (QUT).

Sharyn Condren
Sharyn Condren Client Executive

Sharyn Condren brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Sales Team at Odyssey. Commencing her career in hospitality in 1985 on the Gold Coast, Sharyn has since held a number of positions in the service industry from the front line through to management roles. Sharyn has also recently joined the team, leaving a role as the Member Relations Manager at “Q” Clubs Buyers Group, her experience and knowledge enable her to understand your business and grasp your requirements.

Dale Coy
Dale Coy Business Development Executive

Dale is focused primarily on the Gold Coast and has extensive experience in the gaming industry, having worked as a Gaming Technician for 13 years before moving into a Business Development Executive role. Dale has been an Odyssey employee for over 20 years and is a vital member of the team. He is also an Electrician by trade and commits himself entirely to ensuring his clients are happy.

Matthew Fox Client Executive

Matthew has been working with the company for over three years and provides great customer service and valuable knowledge to venues. Matthew has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, including time as a Hotel Manager and some time overseeing the renovation of hotels in Southeast Queensland. He has a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and is an integral part of the Odyssey team.

Emily joined Odyssey in 2001 in the Support Helpdesk and became a Training Consultant in 2012. She has since joined the client executive team in Queensland servicing the Sunshine Coast region. Emily has over 14 years’ experience in the gaming industry and brings with her a wealth of knowledge to each venue.
